Dr. Tim Hill is Senior Pastor of CrossRoads Church. He is passionate about helping underprivileged children, large-scale evangelism, and teaching the Word of God in a sensible and meaningful manner. With a big heart and equally large sense of humor, “Pastor Tim” can be found in the pulpit of CrossRoads Church every Saturday & Sunday, sharing his contagious love for Jesus.

Pastor Lynn Adams was born in Marshall, Arkansas. He has spent his life serving the Lord and next to him, his wife Claudia Adams. Lynn and Claudia married in 1973. They moved to Aizona in 1980. After his career in the seed industry, Pastor Lynn was Ordained in 2015. Together Lynn and Claudia have 4 children and are the proud grandparents to 7 grandchildren.
Pastor Timothy is a highly gifted guitarist and video/graphic designer. He has a passion for Camaros, KTM motorcycles, electric guitars and most of all worshiping his King. He and his beautiful wife Krystal have been married for 10 years. They have 3 little boys; Timothy Grahm, Vaughn Presley & Hunter James.
Associate Pastor & Men's Ministry Director
Pastor Willie Stevens was born in Midway, Florida. Grew up in Akron, Ohio. Worked for MNA at BFGoodrich Tire Manufacturing in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Pastor Willie was Ordained as a Minister in 1999. Pastor Willie and his wife Barbara met in Jr. High and were married in 1972. Their desire was to serve the Lord – to always make God “first”. After retirement they relocated to Arizona in 2016. In 2017 he was Ordained a Pastor. They have two children, Ashia and Brandon and two beautiful granddaughters, Victoria and Amara.
Dennis Down has served as a Staff Pastor at CrossRoads Church since 2017. He, and his wife, Ellen, relocated to Arizona as fulltime residents in the spring of 2015. Prior to their relocation to a warmer climate and lots more sunshine, Dennis was the Chief Administrative Office and Senior Vice President of Bi-Mart Corporation, a privately held membership discount drug store chain. Dennis married Ellen in 1973. They have two children, Alison and James; and a 4.3# teacup Yorkie, named “Allie.” His hobbies include flying his plane, woodworking using local woods and enjoying outdoor activities of all types.
Abel Hernandez comes from a large family of 12 . His dad was a pastor and he never thought he would become a pastor as well. Out of 7 boys two of them became ordained pastors. Abel has been married to his wife Rayna for many years. They have three daughters, one son and one grand-daughter. Abel was born in Casa Grande and raised in Picacho. He went to high school in Eloy and has lived his whole adult life here in Casa Grande. Abel considers it a great honor to serve God.
Pastor Krystal Hill was born in Texas. Krystal has dedicated her life to the church and has been apart of children’s ministry since the age of twelve. She was Ordained Pastor in 2015. She is the wife to Pastor Timothy Hill, Crossroad’s Worship Pastor, and together they are the proud parents to three sons.
Youth Director, Carrie Stone, was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. After graduating Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Human Development & Family Science, made the move in 2018 to Arizona to teach in the CG school district. Carrie joined Crossroads Church where she met Daniel Stone, and they were married in March of 2019. Shortly after, Carrie decided to take on full-time ministry in May of the same year.
Allan and his wife of 42 years, Sherea, are from eastern PA. They have 2 sons and 3 grandchildren. Allan has played lead guitar, road managed and was music director for multiple artists in Nashville, TN and Branson, MO. He also managed and directed shows for a Biblical Theater in Pigeon Forge, TN. In between all of this he was the Business Administrator/Event Director for Pastor Lowell Lundstrom in south Minneapolis, MN. During their time in Branson he was also part of Pastor Tim Hill’s Ministry. Fifteen years later, Tim asked Allan to be the Administrator for Crossroads Church.
After graduating high school, Susie obtained a college education in bookkeeping. She spent ten years as a bookkeeper and then met her late husband, a computer programmer. Susie went back to school and worked for thirty years as a programmer specializing in hotel software. Susie retired from that career to spend more time quilting, and now has the pleasure quilting AND bookkeeping on the side here at CrossRoads Church.
Women's Ministry Director
Lacey is the 5th generation of her family to be born in Yavapai county, Arizona. Originally coming from a western background she grew up helping her mother host weekly bible study groups in their home. At a young age Lacey spent time leading worship. She is currently attending Grand Canyon University working towards her B.A. in Biblical Studies with a Minor in Worship Arts. She loves the heart of worship and having deep conversations about God. She also enjoys spending time with her son Colt, serving in the children’s ministry, being outdoors and turning vintage junk into beloved treasures.
Eugene comes to Crossroads with over 25 years of teaching experience. His undergraduate degree was from Washington State University in Foreign Language: Spanish, with a minor in Communications: television and radio broadcast and production. His baccalaureate degree is from the University of Arizona in Education. Eugene is married, has three young boys and a wonderful wife.

Jerry Robinette was born in Casa Grande Arizona and grew up in Santa Rosa Az. He is the husband to Beverly Robinette and together they have 2 children. They are both the proud grandparents to 4 grandchildren.

Eddie Hallam was born in Mt. Pleasant Utah. He moved to AZ in 1987. He married his wife Mandy Hallam in 1994. They have 2 daughters. Eddie is also the president of the Sons of Thunder motor club.
Treasurer & Elder
Jamie Carlton was born in Phoenix Arizona and moved to Casa Grande in 2005. He loves all things technology and music. Jamie is a former worship leader plays guitar. He has been going to CrossRoads for over 7 years and calls it home. Now he serves in the media department running cameras, lighting, streaming, and anything else that is needed behind the scenes.
Women’s Ministry Director, Cortney Staples, grew up in Soda Springs, Idaho. After marrying her husband Shawn in 2007, they moved to Casa Grande, Arizona and put down roots. They have since welcomed two children, Bryce and Addie. The Staples’ love serving the Lord alongside their family at Crossroads and feel blessed to be a part of such a special church.
